1 1/2 cups All purpose Flour Blend
2 cups Rolled oats
1/4 cup Splenda
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup Chia Gel
1/3 cup melted margarine
1/2 cup goat's milk
2 tbsp ground flax seed
Spoon onto cookie sheet and flatten slightly (they should be about 1/2 inch thick)
Bake at 450*F for 15 minutes until risen and slightly browned.
