Pancakes

4 cups all purpose flour (see blend below)
1 tbsp baking powder or 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup splenda
Enough goat's milk to make a batter. You can also use 1/2 goats milk, 1/2 water.

Mix together and fry in a skillet or wafflemaker.
